Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer one-off services or only regular contracts?
We happily accommodate both. Many clients begin with a single service and later transition to a maintenance package once they see the results. There is never any pressure to commit to ongoing work.
How far in advance should I book?
During peak seasons (spring and summer), we recommend booking two to three weeks ahead. For winter work and garden clearances, shorter notice is usually fine. Regular package clients always receive priority scheduling.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to your garden, we can complete most work without you being present. We will always confirm arrangements beforehand and leave your property secure.
What happens if the weather is poor?
Light rain rarely stops us, but we will reschedule if conditions would compromise work quality or damage your lawn. We contact you to arrange an alternative date at no extra cost.
